As a career management professional, my background includes resume strategy, interview preparation, and career transition coaching, built on hundreds of live advising sessions. I specialize in helping both experienced and new professionals, particularly those who are struggling to communicate their experience while they pursue a career change. As someone who has personally navigated layoffs, career changes and learned career management the hard way, I truly enjoy helping others realize their true potential and capabilities.
At the heart of my approach, I value directness, preparation, and realistic planning. I work with you to build a resume, application, and interview strategy that reflects your actual experience — not a template, and not empty encouragement.

Why Kennebec?
The Kennebec River, located in the beautiful state of Maine, carries great importance to me. For as many summers as I can remember, my step-grandfather and I would drive into Skowhegan, grab some ice cream and walk across the world’s ricketiest bridge and marvel at the river below. “Grampy”, as he was affectionally known, was and still is a big reason why I do what I do, even after his passing.
When times got tough, Grampy’s faith never waivered. What stood out to me most was that even when the world didn’t seem to make much sense, you could find him with a big smile on his face. His eternal positivity and ability to see the bright side is something I try to emulate every day.
At Kennebec Coaching, we bring that same mentality. Even when it feels like nothing makes sense, we’ll be here to help with a big smile.
